Cancel or reschedule
Drop us a line with the session and date. Reply usually within a few hours, at the latest the next business day.

If you need an additional or replacement slot, the booking flow takes you straight there.

- Cancellation up to 12 h before
- Up to 12 hours before a session starts, cancellation is free. Inside 12 hours or on a no-show, the session is fully billed.
- Rescheduling
- As long as there is a matching slot with your tutor, we reschedule for free. A short message is enough, we find a solution.
