Common questions about choosing.

Which option is right for me?

Rule of thumb: if you are unsure, start with the first chat. It is free, takes 15 minutes, and we work out what you need together. Zero risk.

Do I have to start with the first chat?

No. You can book a session or a package directly. We recommend the first chat because you already know your tutor and the platform. Your first paid hour then runs at full speed.

Which languages and topics do you cover?

Focus: Java and Spring (Dennis). Plus Python, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, SQL and databases (Anton). C# and .NET in mixed projects. Your topic missing? Write us. We match or expand the team.

Single session vs. package, what is the difference?

Single session: 59.99 €, one hour, pay once. Package: 5 or 10 hours upfront, lower per-hour rate, 12 months to use. Packages pay off from about 4 to 5 sessions.

Can I switch from a package back to single sessions?

You book from the package while hours are left. Once empty, you either buy a new one or pay per session. No contract that locks you in.

Are the package hours tied to one tutor?

No. You pick per hour who you work with. We recommend sticking with one person because it is faster, but you are not forced to.

How do I book a first chat?

On the first-chat page or via the booking button. The flow always starts free. If you prefer a paid session right away, tell us in the first chat.
