Do you really reply in person?
Yes. Right now Marcel reads every email himself. No ticket system, no template. When the volume grows, tutors join in, and each reply stays personal.
How fast do you reply?
On weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00, usually within 4 hours. By the next business day at the latest. We keep weekends off. If it is urgent, write anyway, and we will check.
Can I call?
Right now we run as an online-only business, so there is no phone hotline. If you want a phone call, drop us a line, and we will set up a time over our classroom or by phone.
Do you reply to messages from outside Germany?
Yes, in German or English. Sessions themselves run in German only, since our tutors are based in Germany.
What happens to my message?
It lands in our email inbox and is used only to answer your request. No CRM, no automatic newsletter signup. After 6 months without a reply we delete the thread. Details in the privacy policy.
How fast do you reply to urgent requests?
Put "urgent" in the subject line. We prioritise it and try to reply within 2 hours (Mon to Fri, 9 to 18).
