Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if Study Core has fully performed the service and has only begun to perform after the consumer has given their express consent and at the same time confirmed knowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance.

Accordingly, the right of withdrawal expires with the start of the first booked tutoring session, provided that the customer has expressly consented to the early start of the service before expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed knowledge that the right of withdrawal will lapse.

If you withdraw from this contract after having expressly requested that performance of the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already performed up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the service provided for in the contract.
